I grew and eventually learned how to lead a team of over 25 people for a commercial cleaning company I founded when I was 23 years old.

I had zero credentials or formal education in the industry at the time, but I did have a spectacular support system that gave me the perspective that I needed (and some much-needed humility at the time)!

I actually hit most, if not all of my benchmarks through serving my team’s needs and listening to what they had to say. Their inputs (and listening ears) ultimately became the driving force behind positive change.
